1. Delivery and Payment


1.1. Orders are accepted online through the supermarket.am website or through the phone number 8018 (in order to improve the quality of service, as well as to resolve possible future problems, the call may be recorded, for which you give your consent by using our services).

1.2. On the Supermarket.am website, you select the product of your choice, specify the address where it should be delivered, phone number, preferred period - day and time, and also provide additional information, if necessary. Having your landline and/or mobile phone numbers, our courier can contact you and make inquiries. If necessary, you can complete the online order by contacting our call center and asking the operator to add the necessary product to your order.


2. Order Status and History


2.1. After entering the website, you have the opportunity to follow the history of orders on your personal page and see the date of the order, its status ("Delivered for collection", "Delivery started", "Fully delivered", etc.), as well as the cost of the basket.


3. Payment methods


3.1. Payment for an order at Supermarket.am is made in several ways.

3.2. Online payment. Online payments on our website are made through Master, Visa, Arca  payment systems.

3.3. Cash: This means that you pay for the product you ordered and its delivery when you receive the order in cash. After choosing this option on the corresponding page of the website, you also indicate whether you need to bring change. The delivery person provides your cash register slip. If for any reason you have not been provided with a cash register receipt, you must inform us immediately.

3.4. By payment card when receiving the order. If you choose this option, our courier will bring a POS terminal with him, and you will be able to pay with your card on the spot and receive the corresponding receipt.


4. Terms of cash payment


4.1. Cash payment is made upon receipt of the order. Our courier reserves the right to return the delivered product if the customer offers to pay for it later.

4.2. Cash payments in dollars or other foreign currency are not accepted, as they are against RA legislation.

4.3. The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes. Prices may be changed unilaterally by the company.


5. Return or Exchange of Ordered Product


5.1. If the product you bought has not undergone qualitative and quantitative changes, you can return it within 14 days by presenting the cash register receipt or the invoice, except for those products that are not subject to return or exchange according to RA legislation.

5.2. However, if your desire to return the product is due to its quality characteristics, you can replace the given product with another one with the help of our courier.

5.3. The same applies to the cases when you mistakenly ordered a product belonging to the same product group, but of a different brand, and you want to replace it with the one you prefer. In such cases, you will only be charged the difference in product prices, if any.


6. Emails and Communications


6.1. When you visit the Site or email us. you are sending a letter by mail, you are communicating with us. We communicate with you by sending emails or posting notices and information on the Site. You consent to receive our electronic communications in order to properly process mutual transactions.

6.2. Supermarket.am sends the following emails to its customers in response to your emails

6.4. You will receive emails about our news, various promotions, etc. only if you are subscribed to our mailing service.


7. Website Liability


7.1. An order placed on the Supermarket.am website is an offer made by you to the Company to purchase and receive any product through delivery. That offer is considered accepted if your e-mail we send an order confirmation letter to the post office, which contains all the details of the order. That letter is considered a contract between the Site and you.

7.2. By accepting the product after it has been delivered by the courier, you confirm the fact that you have no objections to the product's quantitative or qualitative properties.

7.3. The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delayed performance of its obligations if this is due to reasons beyond our control.
